This workshop will take you through the process of tapping a Birch tree using some basic tools and equipment. You’ll learn about the health benefits and how to make syrup and wine from birch sap.

Participants will need walking boots/ wellies, warm clothes and waterproofs as the workshop involves going into Culag woods.
