Thanks to the hard work of Glen Campbell and three volunteers, the area alongside the road at the tree nursery is now ready to be planted with trees – and they need to go in soon.  We were fortunate to be granted money from Woodland Trust Scotland to buy a range of young trees, which will help to screen the nursery from the road and to provide some shelter.  Romany will be asking folk to come and help  with planting – a fine activity for a sunny early spring day!  Please do come along to the tree nursery and help if you can.

Glen and his team have also constructed a splendid bridge so we can safely cross the wee burn to access the area to be planted.  VivMarch 2013 050
