So far, 2016 at Little Assynt Tree Nursery has been a hive of activity. Spring Open Day

A wet day didn’t put visitors off coming along to Little Assynt tree nursery’s open day last week. Live music from our brilliant local musicians created a great atmosphere and cake kept everyone happy. Creative kids made cress heads and tried out the tree puzzles dotted around the nursery. Thank you to everyone who contributed and came along to support us.

Willow Weaving in Achiltibuie

As part of Little Assynt tree nursery’s Spring open day celebrations last week we ran a willow bird feeder course in Achiltibuie. Visitors to the area and local people came along to try their hand at willow weaving under the expert eye of local willow grower and weaver Midge. Everyone that took part had a great time and set off home
